A former Waco attorney arrested a calendar year ago in a murder-for-employ the service of plan died Thursday in a motorbike incident close to her residence, resources close to her reported.
Chelsea Tijerina, 34, died right after a wreck in Hays County, south of Austin, claimed her attorney, Jessi Freud.
Texas Office of Public Safety officials confirmed troopers responded to a deadly motorcycle crash at 6:35 p.m. Thursday close to Ranch Road 12 and Wintertime Mills Parkway in Hays County. Tijerina was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is still becoming investigated by DPS and no other information and facts was obtainable Friday.
Tijerina was arrested in May 2020 and indicted in August 2020 alongside Seth Sutton, 46, on solicitation of capital murder expenses and was accused of plotting to use a hitman to get rid of Tijerina’s ex-partner, Waco attorney Marcus Daniel Beaudin.
In accordance to affidavits, Sutton had solicited an undercover officer on May perhaps 14 to destroy Beaudin and talked over the officer leaving town just after committing the murder. Beaudin had been arrested in February 2020 on a next-diploma felony cost of indecency with a boy or girl. According to Woodway police, Beaudin was charged with having incorrect sexual speak to with a 10-calendar year-aged female family members member. Beaudin was released just after submitting a $20,000 bond and has not been indicted on the cost.
